Semantic Monitoring of Cyberspace
Semantic Monitoring of Cyberspace is a project, financed by the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBiR), that aims at creation of a prototype enabling for monitoring of various Internet sources in order to detect cyber threats. The monitoring process should be executed automatically and result in a message about identified threats.
The project consortium includes two partners, namely Poznan University of Economics being represented by Department of Information Systems led by prof. Witold Abramowicz and Sygnity S.A. SMC takes advantage of DIS expertise from the following fields: information filtering and retrieval as well as information extraction and integration and Sygnity’s experience in the area of software engineering.
